Pizzeria Ristorante Sa Ziminera

Ultimo giorno in Sardegna passiamo a fare compere e a Botolana c'è un rinomato produttore di olio biologico, così deviamo dalla risalita e sotto una abbondante pioggia arriviamo in questo collinare paese. Purtroppo però troviamo chiuso il negozio e così, essendo ora di pranzo, puntiamo in questo ristorante. Accoglienza cordiale, locale curato e cibo delizioso, in particolare l'antipasto della casa. Ottima anche la seadas. Anche se capitati a caso un luogo in cui tornare.

Une escapade le temps d’une nuit dans les terres Sarde et cette petite découverte que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L’accueil est convivial, les pizzas sont excellentes (je ne vous parle même pas du tiramisu maison ) un grand merci pour ce très bon moment passé grâce à vous.

Tutto eccezionale...cibo, quantità , personale , pulizia.. Rapporto qualita- quantità prezzo davvero super. Darei anche oltre le cinque stelle. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo. Super attrezzati e attenti anche per il senza glutine

My taste buds had been anticipating dinning here since leaving Nuoro 40 minutes earlier on my way through to Macomer. They were not disappointed. Today was my third visit to this restaurant and every occasion I have left with a happy and contented heart and stomach. Paolo the chef has an obvious pride in the food he prepares and an honest interest in his diners. The ingredients are of a high quality which in turn with his flair produce mouth watering dishes. When he is not occupied in the kitchen he makes time to talk with his customers. The waitress today was discreetly attentive and added to the ambience of the meal. Finally the restaurant's many five star reviews are there for a reason. Now you have a reason to visit.

Great place, warm service and tasty food. We went during offseason right when it opened for lunch and had to wait a long time.

Come sempre da quando abbiamo “scoperto” questo ristorante, almeno una volta dobbiamo fare tappa. Una garanzia a dir poco, cibo eccellente e di qualità , porzioni adeguate (forse a volte abbondanti ma pancia mia fatti capanna , le onoriamo tutte) personale super gentile e proprietario molto disponibile e attento , con la sua gentilezza ti fa sentire a casa. Questa volta , abbiamo preso dei mix di antipasti di mare e un primo di stagione con asparagi, arselle e bottarga, che dire tutto sublime… Le pizze prese sul posto e anche da asporto molto buone . I prezzi sono nella norma (a volte anche più bassi rispetto alla qualità ) . Locale e bagni pulitissimi (e questo è un grande punto a favore). Mi fa sempre piacere tornare e gustare le prelibatezze di stagione . Grazie a Paolo e a tutto lo staff per le coccole che riservate ai vostri clienti in ogni occasione
